I scored 94.67%ile , general EWS , male . I had around 12k rank for EWS and 84000 CRL. Can I get anything good with this, also my Home state is bihar.

Apart from this i gave for MET , I scored 167 there and as per rank predictor my rank was 4100 so maybe I get a cs but that's very expensive.

I have also give comedk But I would hardly touch 100 marks.

also do we need to pay someone or hire someone for counseling? I have no idea of jossa counselling so any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks !!

I got 167 in met April , and I have precisely 85.00% (just crossed the band ) in my boards which included 3 subjects maths, physics and i choosed computer applications, it was 85.24% when including English , rank predictor told me a rank of about 4.3k after inflation of +25% . I did pretty bad in jee mains with 94.7%ile so this is probably the only option I have also I am a dropper. Based on these can I secure a CSE at manipal ?

Also I would like to know if it's worth it because I come from a middle class family my father said not to worry of the fee but somewhere that concerns me, i am interested in tech , engineering stuff , I have like worked with dev board ,stm32, pi's , also made multiple projects during my jee prep basically that's what I was doing , did some freelancing too on upwork made about 2 grands , so with all these is there a good chance for me to secure a nice ROI there , also i have realised that i just suck in competitive environments.
