I'm not sure why this surprised me; it's basically right there in the title
My two biggest questions about the ending of Rebirth
Firstly how is Cloud so apparently oblivious to everyone else’s grief over Aerith’s death and the obvious fact that only he can perceive her lingering presence? I feel so bad for Tifa, who has lost her best friend for the second time in like a month and looking to him for comfort and consolation as she did after the plate collapse, only to find him seemingly completely unsympathetic. Secondly, why don’t any of the others question why Cloud seems completely unfazed by Aerith’s death and begins looking at and talking to an invisible person - even smiling as the others weep. I know these things may get cleared up in Part III but the lack of social awareness by Cloud and curiosity by the others about his behavior strikes me as odd for now.
A request for those skilled with art or renders: a family portrait including Mipha with Link (wearing the full blue Zora set) and adult Sidon with Yona, all posing happily in front of a proud Dorephan
Can anyone assist please? I’ve had this vision in my head for a while. Last year I imagined a timeline in which Mipha is defeated by Waterblight but kept alive as a hostage aboard Vah Ruta for a hundred years before getting rescued by Link, rather than getting killed and trapped only spiritually in her Divine Beast like the other Champions. I suspect Mipha could reach her friend Kodah’s height over the course of those hundred years, but might not because her malnourishment as a prisoner all that time stunted her growth. Even if this idea comes to naught, thanks for hearing me out.
The evolution of this scale of TIE Fighter: 1982 vs. 1995 vs. 2022
It seems Columbo forgot how to play “This Old Man” at some point since he played it in “Try & Catch Me” (1977).
I almost made it through Super Nintendo World Orlando without buying any souvenirs. Almost.
Let’s see *him* fight ten Tonberries at once…ideally in real life.
parental figures poor Zelda loses in her youth on top of all her other trauma. She’s essentially an orphan three times over.
I’m only a few missions into HW:AoI and I already love this character. Mipha’s ancestor shares her heart and devotion to her kingdom, but she is also very outspoken and generally badass. Like Zelda, she loses her father in battle, but unlike Zelda, who maintains the title “Princess” years after Rhoam’s spirit passes on, Qia accepts the battlefield promotion to Queen immediately for the good of her kingdom, moving past her grief and steeling her resolve to avenge his death at all costs.
Something tells me Frank’s about to go full Gallagher on some bad guys’ heads…again.
