I have been coming to Thailand for almost 18 years now and I am truly frustrated with my own country. A friend of mine who lives in Bangkok told me to buy a Toyota Hiace and give it as rental to any corporation and get monthly rent. And I sell the car after 5 years of usage. Does it seem like a good idea? Do I need to have a business license although I am not maintaining the car(car maintained by the company hiring it) ?

What else business can I start in Thailand with 40K USD?
