Beware of this PG in Hinjewadi phase 3– harassment and money extortion

Stayed here in mid-March, worst decision. Paid 15 days’ rent + ₹5000 deposit. Clearly told the owner I might leave within a week if my exam results came, and he agreed to keep the deposit.
When I informed him on 30th March that I was leaving, he suddenly demanded ₹9000 extra as next month’s rent, even though I agreed to forfeit my deposit and pay for the extra days I stayed. When I refused, he became abusive and tried to stop me from leaving.
I had to leave early morning to avoid further trouble. Later, he called me, abused me, and even falsely accused me of theft.
Also saw them misbehave with a girl who was left crying. This place is not safe.
They reply to every negative review by calling it “fake” instead of fixing their behavior.
Avoid this PG at all costs.
