Mechanical/Aero engineer with phd +10yrs experience

Hi all, with phd +10 yr experience in mechanical and aero domain at 150k in west coast. Gone through two deep learning specialisations on ai/ML. I have planned on a Ai/ml model development and converting it into Agent and will be working in the next few months. This is relevant to mechanical/aero domain.

Objective is to increase pay range. Any tips on it ?

I thought on boot camps but it’s mostly applicable to IT fields. Hence it’s may not be relevant that too changing to IT may not be apt.
