Female, 5’3, 62kg, no smoking or drinking, currently taking beta blocker Bisoprolol, echo scan around 2 years ago due to suspicions of having POTS. All clear. I have been having tachycardia for around 4 years bought on by positional changes and just at random.

Experiencing very frequent ectopic beats and dizziness so took myself to a and e. They done an ecg that showed this abnormality but then said it’s nothing to worry about. My xray and bloods came back clear. The have now increased my Bisoprolol but it does not seem to be helping. I am waiting further help for cardiology but there is a wait list Any ideas? Abnormality is circled. Any tips on how to stop the thudding sensation.
