Should I quit my job at Miniso? I’ve worked with them for about 5 months and every week ny hours are being cut more and more. We were told to expect these hours through the summer. Two three hour shifts a week and they expect me to push shipment as much as I did during 4.5 hr shifts, with only me and a manager/shift lead closing so Im doing all the closing tasks on my own which gives me even LESS time to push out product. I really do enjoy the job (mostly the discount) and i get along with my managers and coworkers, but I don’t see the point in working there for these shitty hours I get.
