She is delulu

She is delulu

This is absolutely hilarious. As someone who grew up w a father who was never home, I know exactly how her kids will feel when they get older. Every time I see Josh w the kiddos and her, he looks miserable and fake. She disguises his absence as working for the family but we all know he hates being home w his family.

Using mom guilt to push her programs

I listened to this mess to see where this vulnerability talk would lead and sadly it’s just more of her trying to sell her “programs”. Using mom guilt as the reason is a new low for her. Basically she says that despite the fact that she LOVES going to the gym and seeing results, she still has mom guilt so it must be EXPONENTIALLY WORSE if you are a mom going to the gym and not seeing results. Like WTF?!?!

Actually no, there are women out there who use gym time for mental health and overall health benefits. Not everyone is obsessed with their physical looks and with needing “results” - and it infuriates me more to realize she was saying all this to use as a reason to buy her dumb program. Give me a break.

Nevermind the fact that all research says that progressive overload to how you actually get stronger. But hey, keep doing the SAME weight for years and see where that gets you. Maybe that’s why her legs haven’t gotten any bigger (aside from the HRT usage gains) in the last decade. Even her answer is completely illogical and just shows she knows nothing about what programming progressive overload actually looks like. Squatting 900 lbs ?!?! 🤡 Girl please. How about you start by even being able to squat your own body weight ? “Insanely boring to lift the same week to week” yet that’s exactly what she does- where’s her variety? Keep split squatting the same 20lb dumbbell for 20 years and see where that gets you lol

I will say, her program looks fine for beginners who need some type of plan when starting out or getting comfortable in the gym. But as someone who has been strength training for just as long as her, you will eventually outgrow this type of training very quickly if your actual goal is to get stronger and build muscle.

I swear if I have to see her doing these ridiculous sumo squats on tip toes one more time 🤡 realistically, how is this even working the booty? You would benefit so much from actually having your feet planted so you can push against the ground. I find her lifting this KB (looks like maybe 30lbs) while showing off her curling 40s absolutely hilarious. There’s a reason she’s shaped like a square ⬜️
