Do we need to make up Temp OOO time?

What if we hit 40 hours (or whatever your TL wants) despite taking the Temp OOO time?

What if we don’t hit 40 hours if we don’t make up the Temp OOO time?

I have a doctor’s appointment coming up in late May and it’ll take a few hours out of my work day.
