My nose is too upturned and sits too high up on my face and not close enough to my lips which destroys harmony. Can it be fixed?

I want to get a rhinoplasty that is 100% undetectable that I’ve had any work done. Im willing to do it in any country except the United States. The concern that I have about my nose it that it’s too upturned, it’s placed too high on my face which messes up my harmony, and my bridge starts right between my eyes which is masculine. I want to add bone to my tip to make my tip more downturned, less upturned, and make my nose look like it sits lower on my face, closer to my mouth. Liu Yifei has the type of nose that I like. I attached photos of my current nose and also Liu Yifei’s nose and a woman who got a good rhino that looks like Liu yifei’s.

Im a 22 year old female. I wanted to share my Marpe journey because I highly recommend it. It made my smile to much wider and more attractive. I can now breathe better. I struggled with breathing and sleep apnea. Marpe is miniscrew assisted adult palate expander. I expanded for 2 month and have to wear expander for a year. Towards the end it app reads as if the gap has somewhat closed because the teeth started to turn in towards each other. I paid 3.5k for Marpe. The photos are in order of beginning of expansion to end. I wanted to expand even dither but the orthodontist said I cannot because my bottom palate is narrow and my top and bottom teeth need to be able to touch.
