Hello I'm Aleks. I love boat building from the bottom of my heart and want to together involved with projects in the Leeds area in the UK. I'm new to this really but the past year I've been restoring a CJR 14 I've bought.

For context, I've payed £800 for a combo of 2 engines, the boat and a trailer. This obviously didn't play out as I envisioned and I've put in the hundreds of hours learning the basics, sanding to the bone, restoring deep cracks, fighting delamination. But I've really enjoyed this and moving away from my boat to Leeds the the next year I'd be really keen to get involved with any projects in my area In Leeds. Not looking for cash just to learn.
