I am 4mpo and everything was goong well! I randomly had a pimple that my surgeon confirmed is a late spitting stitch. I popped it to remove the stitch like my doctor said and there was a hole. Cleaned it up as usual, put a hydrocolloid bandaid and some hypafix

However a week or so later, it looks so much worse! Its bleeding and it theres some pain. Its almost trippled in size and Im freaking out.

Any advice?
