I've been paying for health insurance through NYU as a part-time grad student for 3 semesters, and it's been increasing every semester. I have my own insurance in NY as I work and live here. I thought it was required, and I'll try to waive it for future semesters. But how do I get refunded for the 3 previous semesters?
