Took AA on a vacation internationally this week. I had a fly fishing guide I had already paid for, for the first 2 days of the trip. My fly rod got lost along the way somewhere, and I had to talk to the AA worker when I got to my destination. She let me know it was delayed and would be there the next day. Well I’m on my third day here, and the rod just came. I missed my 2 days of guided fishing that I had already paid for. They also damaged the rod case to the point where I can’t open it.

What is the best way to go about this situation? Thank you.
