Help!

First time basement owner. I had flooding and water pooling under what I believe are 9x9 asbestos tiles.

I originally wanted to cover the floor with self leveling concrete or epoxy.

The floor is pitched towards a Palmer valve where water drains out of.

Can you give me some advice on what you would do with the flooring?

Thinking the tiles need to be ripped out first now that water has gone underneath them. I’ve had carpet fans running for over a week with 2 dehumidifiers. I don’t see anymore water anywhere else on the floor.

Edit: home is about 100 yrs old
