Looking for a few people to team up with fully remote around trading quant systems / algo work
Not trying to build a “group” or anything like that. Just want to find the right people and actually build something together.
Quick context:
I run a small capital allocation setup (non-registered), actively trading around ~28L. Currently handling 8 prop firm accounts + 3 futures prop accounts. Execution side is sorted, now I want to go deeper into systems, research, and more structured strategies.
What I’m looking for:
• People who code (Python, backtesting, automation, etc.)
• People into algos / quant thinking
• Or even research focused people who actually think deep about markets
Main thing is finding 2–3 people where skills match and we can actually build properly not those random collabs that die after a week.
Fully remote. Flexible. But serious.
Not into signals, courses, or surface level stuff.
