Is it possible to find old IRS Tax Return records or information from 2009/2010 on the IRS.gov website?

I need it for a Child's Benefits application. If I can't find anything, am I screwed and should give up, or what? I don't know what I can possibly do here.

Is there a point to the 30th Anniversary of Sakura Wars if they don't release a remaster collection of all games for contemporary systems and consoles?

I mean, they just said they're only announcing merchandise and events. Unless this is a big surprise, I really don't see the point here.

Maybe I'm just burnt from how they handle anniversaries like Chrono Trigger.
