Is there any benefit to keeping the Brisket whole?

I've been thinking about cutting my briskets into 2, the flat and point. The flat seems to come out more dry than I want it. I know the flat is more prone to being dry because it's not as fatty. I am thinking the flat dries out because the point is thicker and I wanted to split the two sections to make them both juicy.

GFCI Tripping

In my garage I have 2 separate GFCI outlets, one has 3 outlets connected to it, the other has 2. A couple weeks ago, GFCI 1 got tripped and I pressed the reset button and it didn't seem to fix the issue. I looked it up and it said that this usually means there may be loose connections. I pulled the outlet out, to look at the connections and they didn't look like they were loose. I loosened the screws, pushed the cable in and tightened them. It seemed to correct the issue. Last night I was using GFCI #2 for a vertical smoker, which I've used before and didn't have any issues, and it popped. I was able to reset it and get power back, but it kept popping when turning the smoker on. I decided to plug the smoker into GFCI 1, but it popped and I couldn't get it to reset. The house is almost 20 years old, not sure if the GFCI's were installed when built, but I would assume so. My question is, is this issue merely an issue of the GFCI outlets failing, or something else? Any help is appreciated.

I have a 2020 MY, I recently purchased from Tesla. I have been driving locally for the most part, except for today. I charged it to 100% to try to make it round trip on one charge (100 miles one way). We arrived with 45% remaining charge. We ended up traveling about 147 miles, with 27% charge left. When heading up, I noticed we went through a lot of battery going over the mountain, I figured it may be because of the turns, and the regen. On the way back, I turned the regen to low and the energy graph was in the green. The energy screen showed I was using about 60 wh/mile more, on the way back it was 30. Is there something wrong with the standard regen or is this normal?
