Is it normal to pull ZERO parallels from 30 lite packs? Odds suggested 1:13.4. Either really bad luck or thats a lie!

Anyone know why my trading area is almost empty? I can't see any printable cards for sale, all of the digital cards for sale are 12 coins and all of them are from two sellers.

Is this normal!? New to the app.
