Instant Pot keeps losing steam despite 'pop'
I'm trying to pressure cook some chicken legs in 2 liters of water. The pot (duo Evo plus) was heating up, started steaming madly and then I heard the pop indicating the valve shut.
Instead of shutting completely, it kept steaming from the black thingie inside the plastic cap. The volume was much less than before the pop, but I don't think it used to do that.
I hoped to add a clip of it but can't, so I'll just include a pic of the type. The little pin was completely up when it kept steaming, and the switch was set to seal, obviously.
I wash those pieces in the dishwasher after every use, so they shouldn't be dirty.
Is there anything I could do about this?
