Hi, we're looking for someone to sublet a converted dining room space (w/ curtain divider) in a large 2 story, 2br/1bath, available now. The space is big enough for a full size bed and desk+. The first floor is usually quiet. We don't use the living room much. $850, utilities and a tandem parking spot are included. The unit is in an older but well maintained building with a green courtyard, located North of Wilshire within walking distance of campus. A male or female is welcome, but you will be sharing the apartment with two males, quiet, respectful, do our own thing.
