I find the process of learning about CNC setup very interesting and exciting. These bits are for a Morbidelli and will be used to cut basic cabinet parts including miter folds out of MDF, solid wood, laminate, etc.
I would love any feedback or opinions on this choice of bits, size, brand or any thoughts in general. I’m considering exchanging the 90° Amana for a 90/91 degree sharp corner tool alternative that’s possibly bigger for miter folds. I would like to do CNC MDF doors and furniture eventually as well.
Other than that pictures here we have:
1/4” downshear Whiteside bit - 2 flute, overall length 3 inches (I forget the cutting length), diameter 3/8”
90 degree Amana Tools V Groove insert carbide bit, 1 15/16” total length, 3/8 diameter
