2 questions…
I love to walk. Nature walks are my favorite. Well 4 kids and 40lbs later i don’t walk anymore. I’d love to start walking again with my kids but how do I build up endurance for tiny little legs? I don’t have the option to just go without them, so I was thinking about .5 mile for a while, then 1, then 2. Is it even safe for kids to walk 2+ miles at a time?
2nd question is what do you do to track steps if pushing stroller, wheelchair, etc. I have an older step kiddo in a wheelchair and I think bringing her with sometimes would be fun but my Apple Watch doesn’t track steps well when I’m pushing.
Finally broke down and bought one. Any tips or tricks let me know.
I’m 29(30 soon) I’ve always been very comfortable with body - very in tune I guess lol. I have never been able to “squirt” but I’ve read about it, talked about it, etc. I recently got a rose toy and OMG LOVE IT - can’t recommend enough. When I use it I assumed I was squirting. I also currently have a bladder infection so my pee is very strong. I was using it last night and it happened again, but I could smell the strong scent of my pee. Am I actually peeing? Why would it cause me to pee? Do I need to like see a doctor lol. I’ve had 3 kids, I have a weak pelvic floor already, don’t know if that is contributing to it. I’m actually really concerned.
Would it speed up finished compost if you feed everything blended? Like throw your paper, cardboard, food scraps, literally everything into a blender before adding it to your bin? I feel like it’s smaller pieces therefore the worms can eat it easier and faster.
