Sorry for the delay, everyone. The clinic was supposed to email me the results on Tuesday, but I only received the full files today.

I just got back from a long shift at the warehouse and I’m exhausted. I want to make sure I organize all the documents correctly, including my records from 15 years ago, to show you the full picture.
