Hey all,

So I'm really needing help with visibility on my gofundme campaign. Its not hitting the right people and theres a ton of bots. I need help and support for my mom Barb who in the last 2 weeks, had 2 seizures, lost complete motor function to the right side of her body, found out she has Adenocarcinoma that started in her lungs and spread to lymph nodes and brain, and had brain surgery to remove one of 2 tumors.

She was discharged from the hospital 2 days ago and is now on her healing journey. She has PT twice a week and will be getting the staples in her head removed next Wednesday. She cant start cancer treatment until her head is completely healed and that could be another several weeks. In the meantime she obviously cant work and her husband is retired and doesnt bring in much money either. My moms 62yrs old so has awhile until retirement herself. She was recently approved for SSDI and MIGHT get Medicare. But either way, she will still need help financially for living expenses and some care that might not be covered if she does indeed receive insurance.

Our family is asking for help during a very difficult time. My mom was recently diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma, an aggressive cancer that has spread to her lymph nodes and brain. She recently had brain surgery to remove a tumor, and while we are thankful the surgery went well, she now faces months of aggressive cancer treatments ahead.

To make matters even harder, my mom currently does not have health insurance. After more than 20 years at her job, she lost her position because she was unable to receive the COVID vaccine due to ongoing complications from Lyme disease.

We are raising funds to help cover medical bills from her surgery, upcoming treatments, medications, and daily living expenses during her recovery.
