Any impact experts here?

I’ve been wondering for a long time how these crushers perform in hard rock. Everyone says they wear fast. How fast?

Not a single impact crusher in my area. Nobody to ask.

We run all quarry rock, but very low volumes. I need maybe 5000-10000 tonnes per year. Hard to justify a cone for it.

I have a wheeled 24x42 jaw we use for 4” minus. Need 3/4” minus.

Can anyone offer an opinion? Tired of asking salesmen.
