I'm in Kentucky (yea, I know) and I'm trying to find resources to help with the purchase of a wheelchair van. I've exhausted all of the state resources (which have no money). I'd honestly be ok with purchasing a gently used one as long as I could have it inspected, etc. I'm just not having a lot of luck. Anyone have suggestions or connections?
