Struggling to find token for Amazfit/Gadgetbridge connection

Since switching to GOS, I ditched my Pixel Watch 2. I bought an Amazfit Active 2, which shows good compatibility with Gadgetbridge. As instructed, I installed the Zepp app, connected the phone and created a login/password for Zepp on the phone. It's working fine, but I want to switch over now to Gadgetbridge.

I understand that I have to get the token to plug into Gadgetbridge. When I go to the Xiaomi or Huawei cloud pages, there is no login associated with the email address I used to set up Zepp on the phone. So, I fired up ADB. I can see my phone and connect to the shell and navigate to the folder that's supposed to have a log file that I can grep for the key. But the /log directory doesn't exist, so there's no log file to search. What am I doing wrong here? The Zepp app has network access for now, so I would think it would set up the account on the Xiaomi or Huami cloud. Do I need to manually sync something?

This is a fairly clean phone right now. There's not much on it. I checked all the directories in /sdcard/Android/data. The only folder remotely close to anything is the /com.huami.watch.hmwatchmanager, and it has no log files in it.

There's probably something easy or dumb that I'm missing here. Any suggestions?
