F/30/5’6 [211lbs > 193lbs = 18lbs lost] (12 weeks) Progress over perfection; trying to keep up the motivation.
My before is from 4 weeks in when I decided I wanted progress photos. My after is today.
I still have a long way to go, but I know this is a lifelong journey to find myself and my health again.
