Can anyone make a skin like this?

I'm brand new to obsidian, I've tried notion like once and it got super laggy, and I've mostly used just spreadsheets and txt's.
I'd love to make notes that also exist as rows of a dynamic table I can filter based on tags each one has in a certain column. How can I set this up for windows/android?
I'm making a curated fantasy overhaul modpack at the moment and I was thinking of doing something like this to allow for different styles of play on the same server.
Basically there's 3 options and they are deliberately not balanced with eachother because they exist to cater to different styles of play, so no one's too overwhelmed or too bored.
Elf:
+ Equivalent of: haste 1, resistance 1, feather falling 1, speed 1 (these stack with potions and enchantments)
+ Certain cave mobs and all wild animals cannot target you for attacks unless you have attacked them recently
(Cave mobs also already do not spawn on the surface under most conditions)
Elf is made to appeal to players who don't want the game to feel like horror if they're just trying to do what they need to build houses and farms etc.
Human:
- No perks or setbacks
Cursed:
- Cannot sleep
- Hostile mob follow range increased to 32 blocks
- Temperature system actually deals damage
(Other players only get other setbacks from temperatures such as negative potion effects)
- No natural health regen
(All players can get some minimal healing by burning a log on a campfire)
Cursed is made to capture some of the gameplay essence some players are after when they say they miss the vibe of early Minecraft, without porting those mechanics directly, or just to players who want a challenge of constantly watching their back and keeping track of their resources.
How can I improve this system? Is it a bad idea?
