I'm confused!

I have been a inconsistent youtuber from 2019. Now i am building my youtube channel seriously because i want to document my gaming journey ( Like a Journal for my gaming hobby) and i want to live stream and create my own gaming community & yeah for some passive income too. I play story games, i have mid ranged gaming laptop, so i play games which came before 2020 so that i can record and play decently with my laptop.

It is a Faceless youtube channel, i don't want to reveal my personal identity. I tried to post GTA VC and GTA SA specific gameplay part(Only 2 or 3 videos as i am only starting out fresh), and i tried uncharted 1 game from start to end as a series, but the outcome is not as i expected for my effort( I ain't asking for 1000 views in my 10th video, but atleast a 100 to 200 of people). Please suggest and help on how to make engaging gaming contents(Both shorts and long form) and then transform to live streaming after i gained people.

I am asking for tips like whether shall i continue to create a series of video on a game from start to end or make specific parts of the game into a video and not create videos on whole games. Or try different types of videos like Not a gameplay video but as a speaking video in gaming niche(hope you understand what i am saying😂),If you watched gaming contents , give me some fresh ideas.

NOTE: I am creating contents in my regional language. FYI the audiences are really there for gaming videos. Yeah there are many creators(both competitive and story gamers) have gained lot of great audience even in terms of numbers. So there is a audience base, but i don't know how to make them watch my videos.
