So the new free shipping for US residents is $20 minimum. That might slow me down a bit from buying as many books. Disappointing but also understandable in this economic climate.

I place several smaller orders just to try to use up my free Reading Rewards book but then I end up earning yet another one pretty quickly.

I wish they would help avoid confusion by marking each one REDEEMED once used or EXPIRED if I miss using it in time.

Not sure if they monitor this Reddit thread but it's worth a shot. I did send an email to the company but the service rep just directed me to the FAQs page which was not the intent of my suggestion.
