During Herta's society meeting, eight portal appeared. Does that mean, counting Herta and Screwllum, there are 10 active genius in the game right now? (11 if you count Zandar clones)

#84 Stephen Lloyd is busy so he declined.
#55 Yu qingtu declined but Herta mentioned her to still be active somewhere.
how about the other two that declined? any mentions or lore that refers to them?
