Rent would be 1200 w/ a utility fee of $140 (including water, wifi, and trash pick up) NOT including electric (so you’d pay your own electricity)Perfect for two, but one person could also live here as well!  First month’s rent would be heavily negotiated!It’s a 8-12 min walk from the main engineering quad. It’s a fully furnished apartment comes w/ 2 full sized beds, 2 desks & chairs, 2 barstools, a couch, 65inch mounted flat screen tv, and it has central air & heating!
