Looking for advice with hormones
I’m looking for advice I’m 37 and had a hysterectomy 7yrs ago and still have my ovaries intact but have noticed my libido decline since then pretty much every common and uncommon perimeno symptoms and started on estrogen patches and now on 50 mcg and that’s all my dr would due so I went to an online np and have been on
Progesterone 100mg sr and test cyp 50mg/ml give 20 units weekly and recently increased to 2x weekly due to still feeling tired and no much of a libido but I couldn’t handle the increase it made me rage and bloated and didn’t help libido or fatigue and gave me joint pain so now I’m at a loss of what to do I don’t have much or a personality at all at this point my affect is flat and I’m tired and never want to have sex does anyone have advice
