So I live in a unit on the ground floor that has a small garden area. Unfortunately there are Yuccas and Palms which suck.
There is room for doing something with the garden but, the sand is extremely hydrophobic and lacking any nutrients.
What can I do to change this? Also, what can I do to remove excess sand?

Are there any recommendations of where I can buy work shirts that aren’t slim fit? I seem to find mostly slim fit and they don’t work for my frame.
