I am trying to decide whether to buy civ VII. Apparently this is an unpopular opinion, but I was having a lot of fun with the loyalty mechanic in Civ 6. Unfortunately, constant crashes have made me unable to continue with that game.

I'm Civ 7, is there a mechanic similar, or plans to add something like that? I like the idea that I can't just spam cities anywhere.
