Nobody guessed the correct answer on both posts, which was the original criteria. So the new criteria is guessing 3 out of the 4 numbers across both posts correctly. 6 entrants achieved this and go into a prize draw for ONE winner of the grand prize. I will DM you my links for convenient reference. For the audience who I am sure want to see a little something off the back of this, I hope you could screengrab receiving all 50 stickers at once. We will arrange for me to send everything when you are not opening the app, then open it after all are sent and record/ss the receipt. An idea is also to ss the stars vault before and after I send everything to see exactly how many stars I sent without me having to count them up as I send them heh.
Transparency regarding the draw:
We had 91 participants. They were spun on the wheel of names 4 times. First name drawn - ghost with no profile info - second and third names drawn were same person (wth?!) - also nothing on their profile for the past year so I had no confidence. I had requested people give me confidence via their comment if I cannot verify anything (use links or ss of game/community activity), but these entrants just had normal entry comments. Fourth name landed was our winner here who I was able to verify is a normal player via their profile content pretty easily. Congrats again Jewels!

What them mean is like this today...
I have an account with 2x 4star golds to go AND healthy dice count. It won't be playing for Swap packs at this point. I mean, we should ignore Swap packs if we have very few golds to go. They are better when your needs are more sparse across sticker values (you need some 4s or lower) or you need a lot of golds, still.
So since I know 4star golds come in blue packs - another thing to always consider if you are chasing 4star golds... build, build, build! - I know this event can be valuable for little investment. Can at least break even and see if I get some blues.
So I figured I'll drop my free PegE cash drop tokens and see if I try for a roll and get some cash and build for blue packs. I dropped. I saw the bar fly up - the flash events will be collected very early. I didn't even wait for Lucky Chance in just under an hour. I rolled on cash boost and mega heist. I built and took wheels and a bank of monopoly. I PULLED THE 4STAR GOLD! I have ONE TO GO now!
A little session like that and this account can rest on Blocks now. It gained over 2k dice as well and still is in 4th place in side tournie for another 1k dice. Nuts. I say these 1-day events should not be underestimated. Depending on your album needs and your general motive - are you trying to complete your album, or not - a 1-day event can solve problems with small investments. Why should I chase a swap pack for 5 days when a few blue packs basically gives me the same or better chance at pulling 4star golds - guaranteed 4star sticker in it, unlike Swap packs. Obviously, I will pull blues building in Blocks event, but the question here is should I roll PegE for 10mins or is it a waste of time? It's not a waste of time.
Think about what you need. How many you need. What sticker packs are best. Which events yield the most of those sticker packs. Sit down when there's nothing to play for a hefty investment for a small chance at a reward. Sure, accounts with 5 golds or more to go AND a bunch of dice - that's 2 accounts - will play Blocks. But those with few golds to go or 8 golds to go and 6k dice won't be wasting time on it. In fact, I would even rather play this PegE on the 8 gold to go accounts and little dice than play Block for a Swap pack.
Put the factors together. There might be a shorter route to your goal :)

Between these accounts 9 people were carried 100% and 2 people were carried over 80% and all for FREE, although my best friends sent me stars without me asking, as usual <3 The rest of the partners were my own accounts with each other for economic viability so I could carry more.
I also played so so so hard - constantly rolling x200/500/1000s, as you can see by the dice gains/losses. I am not trying to stack dice this season - this season is the time to spend all I stacked carefully in the last few seasons.
Special performances by WOMEN for the level of carrying done (83%), PegE for the dice stacked (+15.4k), and DOOM for both dice stacked (+20.8k) and golds gained (+6) during the event. DOOM is ex-Chococat for those that remember/contributed, by the way, and was due to slave for the community having started this event with 8k dice... but it ended with over 29k dice lol. The gift that keeps giving - thanks to the folks who stacked that baby (now over 10k Net Worth lol).

I actually played another 2 accounts in Partners but reporting for 5 of them. So, here it is again. Not in any particular order. A bunch of screengrabs of my two accounts, WOMEN & PLUS, getting special treatment. WOMEN was subscribed to a mini tournie for almost 3 weeks just taking Tycoon Class medals for doin F-all. PLUS was on pay-as-you-go for a couple of same mini tournies as WOMEN. Many of the names in this tournie are on the global leaderboard for Tycoon Class. We are all frauds and idk what Scopely were doing, if it was intentional (obv I didn't make noise in their direction as I quite liked gettin 1k dice profit every day lol)

Needing: Please show me you have no hope of completing the event without a carry. Show me the dice count and event progress (or lack of!) and I should quickly determine you need a carry.
Not for you if you question whether you can trust me. Not for you if you want guarantees on finish time, i.e. before sticker boom. Not for you if you think you are a clever manipulator, I will see through all.
