What to do with all these eggs?!?!

I know this is totally random, but I currently have 48 eggs at least in my refrigerator, I don’t wash them. I just put them in there. I wiped them off before I eat them blah blah blah. But besides giving them away and selling them to friends, what else can I do with my ex of course I save my eggshells and put them in my garden and feed them back to the chickens but what else can I do with them?! I’m just looking for ideas or helping others who might have a bunch. I currently don’t know what to do with all the eggs I have and I have 24 baby chickens that I’m about to expand my area with. They’re so cute by the way. But I wanna do something with what I have I guess like I said I can start advertising and selling them to more people than just friends and giving them away. I don’t really know how to bake like food options anything what are they good for help?!

Rooster being a turd

Does anybody know what causes a rooster to all of a sudden change his entire attitude and attack you?! I’ve never had a problem with any of my roosters, and I recently gave two of them away because they were tearing up my chickens because I had too many and not enough chickens, now the one that I kept is a red one he’s got red eyes, and I thought he was beautiful until yesterday. He rammed in me he proceeded to act like he was gonna attack me. Then last night he came at me again., and again this morning, I’ve never had a problem with him and now all of a sudden he has a problem with me. I like to go in my coop and chill out with my chickens, but I’m not gonna be able to do that with him around, so I guess I’m gonna have to do something with him. It’s very unfortunate but I’m just curious if anyone knows why they just snap and start acting some type of way.
