Its been a Month tomorrow since my account has been "Locked down" (we'll say) from April 12 to now May 11th, I provided all the information Gemini Team member (Wilmer) requested, the selfie containing hand written Date, [**specialcode**] and Goverment issued license used to create account. ive stopped hearing back from the exchange team members for 2 weeks now, my account has remained "locked down" and i would like this to be resolved and my account access to be restored.
