The top center circle was messy before. Now i fixed it and made it look more clean.

Making Luffy's outfit from season 1 of the Netflix One Pice Live Action. Red tshirt will be cut and modified. Dark blue cargo shorts will have white fabric from tshirts sewn on the bottom to do the white cuffs like his pants in the show. Black tshirt fabrics will be sewn to the shoes to do the black bands on the shoes. Base straw hat from official gamestop Luffy hat. Raffia straw provided to me by my art teacher, but can be bought and store like hobby lobby and/or Michaels.
