Is OTOW really as good as it looks on paper?
Has anyone else ever stopped and really thought about how unique On Top of the World Ocala is compared to other 55+ communities in Florida?
The more I learn about it, the more it stands out… debt-free community, no CDD fees, tons of amenities, multiple clubhouses, golf courses, pickleball everywhere, fitness centers, walking trails, and a full calendar of events and clubs year round.
It almost feels like its own small city built entirely around lifestyle instead of just housing.
For those who actually live here… what surprised you the most after moving in?
And for long-time residents… what’s something you think people underestimate or don’t fully realize before they decide to move here?
Would love to hear real experiences and honest opinions.
