I’ve been spending a lot of time researching forex brokers in Australia lately and honestly the more I read, the harder it gets to figure out which ones are genuinely good. Every “recommended forex brokers Australia” article seems to rank different platforms at the top and most of the reviews feel more like advertisements than real opinions from traders.

I’m mainly looking for a broker that’s reliable long term, has tight spreads, fast execution and smooth withdrawals. Regulation matters a lot to me too, especially since I’m planning to move from demo trading into trading a live account more consistently. I’ll probably focus mostly on forex day trading and swing trading, so platform stability during volatility is important as well.

I’m also curious how much things like customer support and execution quality actually matter once you’ve been trading for a while. A lot of people online seem obsessed with spreads alone, but I’m guessing there’s more to choosing a good forex broker than just the lowest fees.

For traders based in Australia, what made you stick with your current broker? Any major red flags or things you wish you knew before opening an account?

Since my baby started crawling, keeping the floors clean is important. The floor often has food crumbs and the hair I’m shedding after giving birth. So i'm thinking about getting a wet dry vacuum and have narrowed the options into Tineco S7 Pro and the Mova X4 Pro.

-Tineco S7 Pro: A friend recommended it to me. The Smoothpower system appeals to me because I often have to hold the baby with one hand and operate the vacuum with the other. Anything that makes it easier is a big plus for me. Also, Tineco is fairly well-known, so it seems trustworthy.

-Mova X4 Pro: Tineco usually cleans with room-temperature or slightly warm water while the Mova washes the floor with hot water. Since my baby likes crawling on the floor, this seems like a better way to kill germs and dissolve food residues. Besides, I’m so done with having to cut hair out of the vacuum every time. I hope the zero-tangle brush actually works.

Any thoughts? Which one is better?

I travel a decent amount and want something lightweight with strong battery and minimal hassle.

For those who bring their PocketBook on trips, how does it hold up? Any issues with storage, durability, or usability on the go?
