I am going for a domination victory as Gilgamesh. Simon Bolivar is leading a faith victory. I have whittled his capital down to 0 health and on the verge of capture, and now he is willing to trade me every other city he owns (and all the luxuries) in exchange to keep the capital. Is it better for me to just take the capital, or accept the trade and take everything he owns, then take the capital anyway later in the game? It's late game, and he's close to a faith victory.
