Fresh Graduate Looking for Founder’s Office / Generalist Roles

Hey everyone,

I’m a fresh graduate from Aryabhatta College, Delhi University currently looking for Founder’s Office / Generalist roles at startups.

What I genuinely enjoy is being thrown into messy, ambiguous problems and figuring things out independently - whether that’s fundraising, GTM, operations, market research, hiring, strategy, or simply filling whatever gap exists in the company at that moment.

Over the last 1.5 years, I’ve mostly worked directly with founders and small teams, which gave me exposure across multiple business functions instead of one fixed role.

Some things I’ve worked on across startups and consulting projects:

- Built integrated financial models covering revenue forecasting, unit economics, CAC/LTV, runway planning, and growth scenarios for fundraising and strategic decision-making

- Managed investor outreach end-to-end across 100+ VCs and angels — from sourcing and research to pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and diligence coordination

- Worked closely with founders on GTM strategy, pricing, customer acquisition funnels, retention levers, and early growth experimentation

- Helped build a D2C/FMCG brand from 0→1, working across product positioning, supplier sourcing, manufacturing readiness, and launch planning

- Conducted deep market, competitor, and industry analysis across wellness, consumer, gaming, and mobility sectors using tools like Pitchbook, CB Insights, Helium10, and Volza

- Created client/investor-facing strategy decks, market maps, and research reports for senior stakeholders during consulting and strategy projects

- Regularly handled unstructured founder-office style work like figuring out processes, solving operational gaps, coordinating across teams, and executing independently in fast-moving environments

I’ve also won multiple national case competitions across finance, strategy, and M&A (SRCC, IIM Shillong, IIM Indore, KMC x BOD, etc.), which helped me build strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills.

Why should you hire me?

Because I can operate without constant direction. I learn fast, adapt quickly, and can move across functions depending on what the startup needs. I’m comfortable handling ambiguity, speaking with stakeholders, doing deep research, building strategy, and then switching to execution mode when required.

I care a lot about ownership and being genuinely useful to the team instead of just completing assigned tasks.

Currently based in Delhi, but fully open to relocating for the right opportunity.

If any founders here are hiring or know startups looking for someone who can work closely with the founding team and handle multiple business-side functions, I’d genuinely love to connect.

[HIRING] Looking for the most online person in Delhi NCR

Looking for someone who genuinely spends too much time on the internet in a useful way.

Need a GenZ content intern who understands reels, YouTube, creators, memes, storytelling, pacing, internet trends and why some content just hits while most does not.

Mainly need someone strong at execution and editing. Less “corporate social media management”, more helping turn raw ideas into actually good content.

Work would involve:

  • Editing short and long form videos
  • Helping execute content ideas quickly
  • Working on hooks, captions, thumbnails and overall packaging
  • General content and creator ecosystem work

Would love someone who:

  • Is naturally deep into internet culture
  • Has genuinely good taste in content
  • Understands what keeps people watching
  • Can edit well and move fast

CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc. would definitely help.

Onsite role in Noida Sec 62.
Internship with 10-25K STPIEND depending upon compatibility

Send work samples or edited video if interested.

[Hiring] Looking for a Gen Z Creative Brain to Help Build a D2C Brand From Day 0 🚀

We’re a young D2C brand gearing up for our launch at the end of this month, and we’re looking for a creative intern / collaborator who genuinely understands internet culture, content, and storytelling.

We already have a marketing agency onboard, but we specifically want someone in-house who can bring fresh Gen Z energy and ideas to the table.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong content sense / trend awareness

- Someone who enjoys brainstorming creative concepts & campaigns

- Comfortable helping during shoots and production

- Bonus if you can handle basic post-production/editing (Reels, short-form, memes, etc.)

Film school students, creators, editors, or just naturally creative people are all welcome

The role:

You’d be closely involved in:

- Content ideation

- Shoot planning & execution

- Creative direction inputs

- Social-first content experimentation

Location:

We’re based out of Noida, and this would primarily be an in-office role, with some flexibility for WFH whenever feasible.

Compensation:

Being transparent upfront — this is not a super high-paying role right now.

The stipend would be in the ₹10k–₹20k/month range depending on skill and involvement.

That said, this is something we genuinely want to build long-term. If the collaboration works well, there’s definitely room for a strong PPO/full-time opportunity with much better compensation.

Why this could be fun:

- Early-stage brand environment

- Freedom to experiment creatively

- Real ownership instead of “just intern work”

- Chance to build a portfolio with an actual launching brand

If this sounds interesting, DM me with:

- Your work/portfolio/Instagram (if any)

- A little about yourself

- What kind of content you enjoy creating

Would love to connect with people who are hungry, creative, and excited to build cool stuff :)

Finding startups/teams that hire high-ownership generalists

I’m a fresh graduate currently looking for full-time opportunities as a generalist, where I can learn fast, take ownership, and contribute across different kinds of work.

Over the last few years, I’ve worked closely with founders and small teams across fundraising, research, operations, strategy, execution, and general problem-solving.

Most of my experience has come from environments where things moved quickly and people had to figure things out on the go — which is something I’ve genuinely enjoyed.

I’m someone who adapts quickly, communicates well, and likes being useful wherever the team needs support. I enjoy high-ownership environments and I’m comfortable handling ambiguity, learning new things fast, and taking initiative without needing constant direction.

Currently looking for full-time opportunities. Open to onsite, remote, or hybrid roles, and completely open to relocating as well.

If you’re hiring — or know someone building something interesting who could use a proactive generalist — I’d genuinely appreciate a conversation.

Hey everyone,

I’m a final-year Business Economics student from DU (graduating in a month), and over the past year I’ve been working closely with early-stage teams.

Most of my work hasn’t had a fixed role, it’s been around:

- building financial models (unit economics, CAC/LTV, runway and more)

- supporting fundraising + managing investor outreach

- figuring out positioning and what actually drives traction

A lot of this has been in messy setups where things aren’t clearly defined, and the job is just to figure things out and keep things moving.

That’s the kind of environment I enjoy.

I’m now looking to work closely with a founder or small team where I can contribute across strategy, growth, and execution, especially in 0→1 or early-stage setups.

I'm now looking for a full-time role or internship with an early-stage startup where I can contribute across strategy, growth, or execution.

If you're building something (or know someone who is), would love to connect.

Happy to share more.

Hey everyone,

We’re a new herbal wellness brand and currently looking for experienced marketplace managers or agencies who can help us with:

\- Onboarding on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

\- Listing creation (SEO, A+ content, images, keywords)

\- Catalog optimization & conversion improvement

\- Initial traction strategy (ads, reviews, ranking)

\- Ongoing account management (if it makes sense)

We’re early-stage but serious about building this right from day one, so we’re looking for someone who understands both performance + brand-building on marketplaces.

If you’ve worked with D2C brands (especially in wellness/FMCG), would love to connect.

Please DM me or drop your portfolio / past work in the comments.

Thanks!
