How to cancel cult fit membership and get refund

Recently a major incident happened in my family and now I am shifting back to my homwtown, where cultfit does not have a centre, now what can I do to get my funds back, I purchased a year long membership in december 2025 in noida. now I need to shift back, what can I do ?
