running a 9 person lead gen agency. we do cold email for B2B saas clients, mostly series A-C. currently sending about 1200 emails/day across 4 clients and clients are asking us to 3-4x volumeproblem is our current setup cant handle it cleanly. were on lemlist, paying per seat for every team member which is already bleeding $600/mo, plus we have separate warmup tools (lemwarm + warmbox for redundancy), apollo for data, zapier routing replies to client slacks. the frankenstein stack is 15+ hours/week of ops just to keep runningtrying to figure out if bulk sending at 5k/day is even realistic or if were going to burn domains and get clients blacklisted. math wise thats like 150+ inboxes across the agency if we stay at 30/day per inbox to be safe. at lemlist per seat pricing that math doesnt workwhat im trying to solve:- flat pricing so adding inboxes doesnt explode costs- warmup that scales with that many accounts without manual setup- a unibox or something so my team isnt logging into 150 gmails- client workspaces would be clutch, right now we use separate lemlist accounts per client which is a messhas anyone actually pulled off 5k/day sustainably? whats the stack look like
