I got fired from my internship? What should I do?
I was working as a social media marketing intern for 5 months and i have an internship of 6 months. And HR called me in her office and said that we are not continuing this internship as you were already on pip and we want some experienced person to handle this job. They all know that I am an intern and I had basic knowledge of social media marketing. Now they have hired a 1 yr experienced social media executive.
Now, my confidence has shaken and will again go procrastination phase where I will not be able to do anything and just lie on my bed. I don't want to live like this. But I am scared of finding jobs. I know i am a little slow learner, I make mistakes, i forget things but that is because of my bad mental health and that got worse in this company. Because they never treated me as an intern after 2 months.
Give me some real advice please....
