Alton Brown’s Sous Vide Skirt Steak
I finally made this yesterday and the steak was freaking amazing. I’ve had my immersion cooker about two months now and wonder why I didn’t buy one sooner.

My parent’s 50th anniversary is next month. I’d like to print this out and have it framed but the background is in pretty bad shape. Can someone please clean it up. Will tip.
