Drilled hole

Hello,
I just picked up this used vehicle purchased from an official Mitsubishi dealership, and I discovered this hole in the right rear door frame. It's the only one I've seen so far.
Is this a rustproofing hole (I'm from Canada) or a dent that was repaired from the inside?
Thank you

Update: I just checked the rest of the vehicle and found two more holes on the driver's side (one in the front door, one in the rear door), but none in the frame. On the passenger side, there's only the hole in the frame, but none in the doors.

While drilling for rustproofing is standard practice here in Canada, the asymmetry and the irregular edges make me highly doubt that's the case here.

Hi,

I am planning to buy a 2022 Outlander SE and I wanted to know if the Canadian SE model has the 360 camera? In the photos, I see a camera on the front grille, but it's not clear if there are cameras on the mirrors. In the ads, some SE models are listed with the 360 camera and others aren't?
